職位描述：

Job Responsibilities
1、Independently draft, revise and review all quality documents in full English, be familiar with the production specifications of the hardware manufacturing industry, and formulate and update inspection standards, control plans, FMEA, 8D reports, audit reports and various quality technical documents in accordance with hardware manufacturing SOP processes.
2、In strict accordance with the SOP processes of hardware manufacturing, responsible for IQC, IPQC and FQC full-process quality control, monitor process abnormalities, track defective problems, analyze root causes, promote improvements and ensure problem closed-loop.
3、Independently handle customer quality complaints and returns, issue official English 8D and CAPA reports, and communicate improvement results with customers in combination with hardware production SOP specifications.
4、Conduct quality data statistics and defect trend analysis of hardware products, complete weekly/monthly quality reports in English, and continuously optimize process quality in accordance with industry SOP processes.
5、Support customer audits and internal system audits, independently prepare full English audit documents in accordance with hardware manufacturing SOP specifications, and follow up non-conformity corrections and audit report output.
6、Lead quality verification for new hardware product trial production, identify quality risks, formulate new product quality standards in accordance with industry SOP processes, and complete English quality confirmation documents for new products.
7、Standardize on-site quality operations in hardware workshops, implement hardware production SOP processes, train inspectors on quality judgment criteria, supervise the implementation of quality systems, and reduce process defect rates and customer complaint risks.


二、Job Requirements
1、Qualified for Level 3 QE independent work; able to independently complete all official quality documentation, reporting and external 2、2、Familiar with ISO quality system, proficient in quality tools including 8D, 5Why, FMEA and SPC, and skilled in the SOP process management and control logic of the hardware industry.
3、Capable of independent quality abnormality analysis, root cause identification and improvement promotion, familiar with the full-process SOP of hardware production, and able to handle process and customer quality issues independently.
4、Familiar with hardware manufacturing production processes, product inspection standards and workshop SOP operation specifications, able to revise and optimize various hardware quality control documents and operation processes independently.
5、Good English reading and writing skills, able to communicate with 6、Rigorous, logical and detail-oriented, with strong data analysis ability and closed-loop problem-solving awareness, and strictly abide by standardized operation processes in the hardware industry.
7、Good cross-department communication and coordination skills, able to promote quality improvement in accordance with hardware SOP specifications, and effectively reduce product defect rates and customer complaint rates.

1.依五金模具圖紙和《工藝規范》制作模具加工工藝，指導現場模具加工生產；
2.負責模具各工序工時的預估、核算，并依此制作《排產計劃》并動態跟進；
3.及時處理模具加工的生產排程的中的異常，保障項目按時交付；
4.跟進模具加工現場工藝執行情況，處理模具加工過程的工藝問題，提出工藝優化方案要，提升加工效率與品質質量；
5.新工藝技術的導入驗證，配合完成模具加工的效率、品質提升與流程標準化建設

崗位要求:
1、大專及以上學歷，具備2年以上五金模具工藝崗位的工作經驗
2、熟練掌握五金模具結構與全工序加工工藝流程，可獨立完成模具工藝編制
3、熟悉生產排產邏輯與產能核算方法，可獨立制作模具加工生產的排產計劃
4、熟練掌握使用 2D/3D 繪圖軟件、ERP（SAP）系統
5、工作嚴禁細致，責任心強，具備良好的問題分析能力與溝通協調能力

任職要求：
本科及以上學歷，工商管理專業或相關專業背景優先
相關崗位實操工作經驗為核心硬性條件
具備 5-10 年企業相關工作經驗
優秀管理能力，擁有精益 / 六西格瑪實操經驗，深耕世界級品質、交付及全成本管控領域
有精益經理等同崗完整工作經驗
出色的溝通協調與團隊協作能力
目標感強、具備成熟商業思維，執行力與推進驅動力突出
可在無直接下屬的前提下統籌、牽頭跨部門人員開展工作
處理問題務實落地，擅長用實操思路解決各類改善難題
主動分享專業知識，樂于內部經驗傳遞
