Product Development (Furniture,Home decor)
The Product Development Assistant serves as the primary coordinator between the U.S. Product Development team and overseas manufacturing partners. This role manages the day-to-day execution of all product development projects, ensuring clear communication, timely sample development, accurate product specifications, and complete product data throughout the development process.
Working closely with Product Development, Quality Control, Sourcing, and vendors
?	Coordinate product development projects from initial concept through approved final sample.
?	Serve as the primary communication bridge between the U.S. Product Development team and overseas vendors.
?	Review project requirements and distribute development requests to the most appropriate manufacturing partners.
?	Request quotations, timelines, material options, and technical feedback from vendors.
?	Monitor project milestones and proactively follow up to ensure deadlines are achieved.
?	Escalate delays, quality concerns, or technical issues promptly.
?	Maintain accurate status updates for every active product development project.
?     At least 8-10 years experience in furniture industry ,
?     Preferred in upholstery furniture designs
?     Excellent English speaking and writing

向供應商索取報價、時間表、材料選擇和技術反饋。
監控項目里程碑，積極跟進，確保完成最后期限。
及時升級延遲、質量問題或技術問題。
為每個產品開發項目保持準確的狀態更新。

要求
至少8—10年相關行業經驗；
具有較強的項目協調和溝通能力；
注重細節，有能力同時管理多個任務；
產品開發和供應商溝通經驗；
熟練使用辦公軟件（Excel、Word）和數據庫系統；

接受國外商務旅行
獨立工作和積極跟進項目里程碑的能力。
